Donation Terms & Refund Policy

1. Tax-Deductible Status

Heart of Juniper Foundation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: [TODO: INSERT EIN]). Donations to Heart of Juniper Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

No goods or services are provided in exchange for your contribution unless explicitly noted at the time of the gift. Where goods or services are provided, your deductible amount is limited to the portion of your gift that exceeds the fair market value of those goods or services.

2. Florida Solicitation Disclosure

Designated gifts will be applied to the stated purpose. If a designated purpose becomes impractical or fully funded, Heart of Juniper Foundation may redirect the gift to a closely related purpose after notifying the donor when feasible.

4. Recurring Gifts

Cancellation requests received before the next scheduled processing date will take effect for that billing cycle and all future cycles. Cancellation requests received after a charge has been initiated for a given cycle will take effect beginning with the following cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Donations to Heart of Juniper Foundation are generally non-refundable. We are grateful for your generosity and rely on contributions to fund our programs.

Refund requests may be considered within 30 days of the gift date in cases of documented error, including:
